KAMLESH KANDASAMY

Kamlesh is an automobile engineer turned industrial photographer. He takes immense pleasure in bringing life to lifeless subjects through light. His background in engineering compliments to bring out a meticulous approach in capturing the beauty of machines and people around them.

Graduated with distinction from Hindustan College of Engineering, Kamlesh pursued his passion under acclaimed photographers in Mumbai via a full fledged diploma in Advertising and Commercial photography from Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune.

He has worked intensively with Mechanical industries, Auto Ancillary, FMCG and Biotech companies. His full time stint at a private media has also accentuated his imaging experience from a designer’s perspective.

His win in Tata Docomo’s photography contest on the theme ‘Create’ was a significant catalyst during the nascent stage. He was also shortlisted as one of the final contestants in Ford India’s photography contest held in Select Citywalk, Delhi.

Kamlesh now lives and works in Chennai. He loves traveling and will undertake commissions pan India.

Winglet represents the small curved design at the tip of a typical aircraft's wings. It is small but plays a significant role in improving efficiency by minimising drag induced due to wingtip vortices. Likewise, Kamlesh's work will contribute in improving the quality of images.
